Miles joined Payday in 2011, coming from national organizations in the ASO and PEO industry focusing on the integration of clients benefits, payroll, and human resources. He understands the key to long term success is taking the time to understand the client’s needs and developing successful strategies for a company’s future growth. Miles graduated with honors from the University of Dayton in Finance. He is married with 3 daughters, and enjoys skiing and running.
